Our Coffee of the Month is a Paraiso Natural from Fazenda Arco Íris, produced by Airton Neves de Deus in Brazil. It’s our first collaboration with Airton and it immediately stood out on the table. Think Brazil, but with a twist: a refined, tea-like body, remarkable clarity, and notes of black tea wrapped in soft cocoa.
